We greatly appreciate all feedback sent to us at AOL Canada. Please note this mailbox does not respond to comments that are sent. If you have questions about AOL's products or services, you can access our online Help by clicking here.

If you are an AOL Canada member subscribing to either our dial-up or high speed Internet access service and you have questions, you can call our customer support line toll-free, at: 1-800-AOL-HELP (1-800-265-4357). Customer service representatives are available seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM EST. This service is for paying AOL members only. Note: you must call to cancel your AOL Canada account. You cannot cancel online and there is no email support currently available.

Thank you for your willingness to help AOL, our subsidiaries and affiliates improve our products and services. Our customers have great ideas and we count on your suggestions to help us understand where we can improve and how we can better serve you. For your privacy and security, do not enter any of your personal information other than your email address (passwords; account information; credit cards, social insurance numbers, street addresses or phone numbers) into the Feedback Form.

In order to be able to actually use your suggestions, however, we need you to realize that by submitting comments (the "Feedback") to us, you hereby grant AOL Canada, its affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, licensees and legal representatives ("AOL") the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, edit, store, sublicense, distribute, have distributed, create derivative works based upon and publicly and privately promote, display, and perform the Feedback, in any medium, by any means of delivery, for commercial, promotional or other purposes without remuneration to you. Sign-in problems

Sometimes, you may not be able to sign on to AOL® WebMail. Listed below are some solutions to resolve this issue. After trying the first solution, check whether you are able to sign on to AOL WebMail. If you are still unable to sign on, continue using the suggested solutions until the problem is fixed.

You may wish to print or save a copy of these instructions as this page may not remain visible as you go through the suggested steps.

Important:
The AOL WebMail sign-on screen may not be displayed properly because of your browser's security settings. To resolve this problem, set your browser's security settings to default.

Set browser's security settings to default

Use the information given below to reset your browser's security settings.


To reset security settings to default in Internet Explorer®
1. Click Start, and then click Internet Explorer.
2. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Click the Internet icon to highlight it, and then click Default level.
5. Click OK.
6. Close all open windows.

To reset security settings to default in Mozilla® Firefox®
1. Launch the Firefox browser. Click the Tools menu, and then click Options.
Note: If you are using Mac OS® X, launch the Firefox browser. Click the Firefox menu, and then click Preferences.
2. Click the Content tab.
3. Select the box next to Enable JavaScript.
4. Click the Privacy tab.
5. In the Cookies section, select the box next to Accept cookies from sites.
6. Click OK.
7. Close all open windows.

To reset security settings to default on Safari®
1. Launch the Safari browser. Click the Safari menu, and then click Preferences.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Select the box next to Enable JavaScript.
4. In the Accept cookies section, select the Always option.
5. Click the red dot on the upper left of the Preferences window to close the window.
6. Close all open windows.

Clear cache, cookies, and history

A full Web browser cache can interfere with AOL's features and performance. It may slow down the service or prevent you from downloading and viewing pictures. Clearing the browser cache may fix the problem.

Billing for the AOL service

All AOL members are billed once a month, on their billing date, for the next month's service.
